Following a Crystal Reports training course, we offer a Crystal Reports Support contract initially for 3 months which can cover any telephone or email queries that may arise when users are creating reports.
We have found that if the training is done using your database, the trainer is therefore familiar with your data and reports can be emailed back and forth for amendment and suggestions made for improvement. Altermatively, if this is available, we can dial into your system and work on the reports this way.
Contracts can be renewed on a rolling 3 month basis.
