• We offer a one or two day course depending on your needs.  We recommend splitting the two day course over two weeks so that delegates can address questions which come up whilst putting what they learnt on the first day into practice. 
• We find that, where possible, using your company's own database as the basis of the training is particularly helpful to the learning process.  We have experience with all types of databases and systems and are able to  familiarise ourselves quickly with the structure for use in training.  It can also be very helpful to send us existing reports in advance so we can set up exercises and use them during training.

• You can optimise our time by having us produce reports you actually need as part of the training.
