Jackie worked with us for a period of about 4 months, and she was instrumental in introducing efficiencies which have saved us roughly 1 - 1.5 days per month on payroll, about 2 days per month on the purchase ledger, and roughly 1 - 1.5 days per month on bank feeds / reconciliations. Jackie also helped to improve the appearances of invoices, statements and tidied up our Sage files.
Jackie was also there to assist with general day-to-day bookkeeping as a helping hand when we were short-staffed. Jackie completed our VAT returns, uploaded purchase invoices and carried out bank reconciliations.
